Such red tape for the compassion of elderly .....

I am very disappointed because I am far away from big cities and my mother in law of nearly 100 but my wife must look after her so we approached a very nice and suitable "hospice" not too far away from us .But NO Medshield can only say that they have app**** but they don't have a number (red tape)BUT there monthly rate is a third to the other hospice twice the distance . Do you think you cab find or speak to a manager ....Sad that people has lost it as compassion ...ONLY money speak .....God bless them..... for looking so well after my mother in law Sarcastic humor .It is sad that they could have made my wife very happy for the third of the price and my wife can be very difficult as far as people looking after her MUm . Anyway it won't take long for her to be welcomed by God .Thank you
