Stupidity and incompetence

Medshield medical aid is on another level of stupidity and incompetence!!I send an email asking that they remove on of my daughters as a dependent on my medical aid as she will be going on her Dad's Medical aid these ******** and stupid people sent me a mail confirming that they have cancelled the entire membership how rediculious is this huh...further more I send the mail now I'm October their email states my last day of membership is the 30th of September when I was advised that to remove my daughter they need a notice which I agreed to imagine the level of incompetence mind you my member's is via our Corporate group I want this **** fixed right away you can't even call these idiots as the call centre is not available sies .Please only use my ***
