Stop playing games!!!!

We have been sent from pillar to post from day when of trying to add newborn into the medical aid, from no feedback being received after first application was sent using the form which was sent by Medshield and a follow up was done and we were still not advised that we need to fill out a different form and asked to wait 5 working days to now being to told that it’s now with underwriting after waiting for another additional tedious 7 days, newborns are not subjected to underwriting as they’re covered from birth. This is nonsense is frustrating to say the least, we’ve been with this scheme for over 23 years since 2001 but your protocols are of those of a novice company, service providers need a dependant code and authorisation and it’s been long over due, asked what the sla is for underwing from your chat consultants named Nqobile and she closed the chat, not only does Medshield drag their feet, their employees are nonchalant as well. Seems like we now have to grovel for benefits but your premiums are always received in time.
