Still waiting for my refund

After I paid my arrears contribution amount of R3000 on 25 June Medshield gone ahead and still debited my account with R6054 on the 2nd of July whilst my contribution is only R3057 per month. The worst part is that I have submitted my refund form last week Friday 3 July already and are still waiting for my refund. I
