Still no response No benefits

This is the worst service I have received from a medical aid. After cancelling the medical aid, due the fact that the medical aid does not cover anything and you can't utilise any of their so called benefits, I enquired about the so called Medical savings that i still have left. I was informed that i will lose the benefit if i don't use it. But the funny thing is you CAN'T USE THE BENEFIT BECAUSE ALL OF THE MEDICATION THAT YOU WANT TO GET IS OUT OF FORMULA! When i enquired about this i was informed by a very ill informed call centre agent that the formula changes every day??? This medical aid is the worst medical aid I have ever been on. Do not even consider them for a medical aid. This is the second time that i post something here. They have not even responded to my first complaint. Just shows you how concerned they are about their members well being!
