STAY AWAY FROM MEDSHIELD

I have laid several complaints with Medshield. I have all the relevant communications between us. I have been struggling with them to pay for blood tests whilst in hospital. It has been a never ending struggle since October 2022. The keep telling me the Dr needs to send them a "motivational letter" I have since laid a complaint against them and Dr Sambo with the medical aid ombudsman as well as council for medical practitioners. In meantime, the lab is harassing me for payment !

I will, keep making a complaint on weekly basis, till they sort this out
