Sort out your admin or lose clients

Awful admin. Claims approved, paid to service providers and then reversed. Inconsistent application of rules and parameters. Lack of knowledge of claims processors. Claims rejected despite pre-authorisation. Total isolation of departments from each other. This all makes for a very poor user experience.
