Sick and frustrated customer

I am struggling to get Medshield to pay Pathcare because they require them to use codes as dictated by them. I even submitted motivation as to the nature of the tests which were required so as for them to get a clear picture for the reasons Pathcare used those particular code and also provided results of those tests hoping that with all that information at their disposal they will pay. Medshield identified the test from the information provided but still refused to pay. And what is daunting is that Pathcare explained the reasons they can not change codes. I am so frustrated and sick and medical bills are piling up and I can not afford them and I still need to deal with Medshield whom I pay every month for circumstances such as these.
