Shocking admin, claims not paid for PMB conditions

Have not paid a claim for PMB condition for service provided in June 2022. A patient with cancer. The service provider will now have to hand get the patient to pay the bill. Absolutely shameful treatment of patients by the scheme. The doctor has done everything possible, submitted letters of motivation, reports, yet the scheme still has not paid.
