**** service to Health Care providers by Medshield

We find it difficult to give service to Medshield Medical Aid Patients due to the fact that it is a struggle to get paid for the services rendered.

It is the third time this year they are giving us a hustle with submitted claims, you get lame excuses like there is no ICD 10 codes etc when you call the EDI provider ICD 10 codes are there. You then send paper claims, they will be telling you its not captured etc!!!

You request for authorisation they grant the authorisation then they will tell you your practise number is not linked to the Authorisation.

The **** service we get at Medshield, i’m just writting out of fustration and i know they will not even respond to this complain like the previous ones
