Service levels down
Not only was the wrong option sold to us, but the communication and feedback is poor and non existent. Seems they are dealing with loads of complaints.

The reply and email received is not up to date. Please contact Debbie Laubscher for an update on the on going bad service and run around we have had. I can not believe that after 3 months and various escalations, I am still not getting the responses I was promised. Does anyone take accountability to follow through to the end. Service levels are at an all time low.

Good day,
The reply and email received is not up to date. Please contact Debbie Laubscher for an update on the on going bad service and run around we have had. I can not believe that after 3 months and various escalations, I am still not getting the responses I was promised. Does anyone take accountability to follow through to the end. 04 Aug 2022, 20:51This complaint started in April already and we still dont have any answer. We have been pushed from pillar to post and NOT 1 single person has taken accountability here. What will be my next resort? My phone bills are through the roof. We keep getting told that this has been escalated to the executives. Yet no one phones back and we have no feedback unless we call them. If the executives cant make a decision then maybe the trustees can?
