**** Service from Medshield Medical Aid
We treated a patient using a Medshield Medical Aid, MedShield gave us authorisation. But now when it come to paying stories that when submitting claims there is no ICD 10 codes of which there is! with the unprofessional call centre Agents, Treat Medshield patients at your own risk!!!
