Service does not exist. Need help with maternity benefits!!!

During my pregnancy it has been an absolute nightmare to get any assistance from Medshield. Calling doesn't help as I'm only kept on hold. Emailing does not help since they either take at least a week to respond or they respond with an email that is in no way useful to me. I do not know what obgyn I can visit / consultations will be covered by Medshield. This ask seems to be impossible. Also, the person that responded to my email made more spelling mistakes than anything else.
