**** medical and unprofessional medical aid medshield

What is the reason of having a medical aid if they keep on lying to you,medshield told me that they don't have any waiting period nor general waiting period all of a sudden when i tell them that i am pregnant that is when they tell you about waiting period,you send email and they will never respond to it,when you call them the agent will tell you they don't have enough information someone will call you back,what a bad customer care they have.

Now that am pregnant they cant cover anything they keep on telling me stories I did asked them since they tell us their call are recorded can they go to their cabinet and listen if ever all the procedures was explained or not they cant do so,they have nothing to back up themselves where else they keep on debit cash I am very upset with them
