Savings money return

I have been with Medshield for a very long time, until I decided to change to Discovery earlier this year. I gave my notice in time and my medical aid with them ended at the end of January 2020. I'm now having a problem in getting my savings money back.

I was informed that it would take about 3 months. After the three months I contacted them to find out what was happening. Only then I was asked to fill in a form to request this money. After waiting a while I contacted them again to find out what was the hold up.

I was then informed that It would take 20 working days. The 20 working days has come and gone. Again I contacted them and was put through the the credit department. I was then told that there was an issue but I would get it in a week. This AGAIN came and went by. ONCE again I was told that the money would be in my account........... which has now also come and gone.

Medshield what the hell is going on? They will gladly take your money every month and not a small amount at that but it seems that they like to take their sweet time in giving money back to owed by them!!!! I will be very interested to see if they care enough to respond or if this even gets through to them.
