SAME MEDSHIELD TROUBLES FOR THE 3RD TIME... 2015, 2017,2019

I have to give birth in the next 3weeks and trying to get pre authorization... no one ever gets back to me... they keep telling me that the procedure codes on the midwive's quotation is not right (when I phone them for the 5th time) .. its the same Midwife that I birthed with in 2015 and again in 2017... had the same problem in 2015 and 2017, and they told me that they will have the IT department load the midwife codes on the system... and the IT department DID, and they paid me in full both times after months of fighting with Medshield!! This time I thought I wouldn't have to fight with them, seeing that the midwife codes has been loaded onto their system in 2015 AND AGAIN in 2017... NO I WAS WRONG!!!! Same trouble AGAIN!!! I dont have time for this anymore!!! And i know for a fact that Medshield is NOT going to pay my full birth even though I do cheap home births if R15 000, compared to hospital births that would cost them R45 000 and more!!!!! I am going to have to fight with them AGAIN to pay me back in full for this birth, even though I pay more than R7000 per month, and hardly EVER use my Medical aid... only when im pregnant or if my kids get really sick, which is very very rare!!! Why do I not get proper service??? No one even offered this time that they will have IT load the codes on the system...
