What an absolute *******. I canceled my membership 1 month after joining. My account was still debited. I reversed the debit order and put a stop on it. They changed the reference number and debited my account twice this month. Spoke to a consultant and asked why I am paying for a service I have never used. Was told that I am paying for the general 3 month waiting period. When I asked for a refund, was told "that's not gonna happen"
