Reverse of Authorization

I am so so upset with this medical aid. During our 3 months waiting period we got cover for PMB'S ( Emergency cover) which means emergencies are covered as we got told. My appendix burst I had to have an emergency operation, they gave authorization that day and 2 months later they withdraw it? SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL
