Refund!!!!

On the 6 June, I went to Mediclinic Sandton, and I paid an amount of R1905. First of all, I don't work at Medshield, but some odd reason, the people at Medshile assume I understand how their process works. Anyway, they split the claim into 2, Hospital and Doctor's claim. Mind you I don't even know this, I paid R1905 as one amount. They processed the R715 hospital refund, to be refunded on the 26th, all good and well. The R1190, they opened a claim, TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER, WHOM I HAVE ALREADY PAID. I call them to ask why, they don't know!!! I mean what is this, I just want my refund!!!!!
