REDUCTION OF IN HOSPITAL CLAIM PAYMENT

One of Medshield clients (our patient) AGED 90 admitted on a Friday and because authorization was only app**** for on the next working day (Monday) we were PENALIZED!!!! Few days later our in hospital visits further REDUCED ONCE AGAIN. Apparently the penalty is for LATE AUTHORISATION?????? Surely this is *******?? Monday surely is the next working day after Friday??
