QUERY 070715QD2H04 - UNRESOLVED
With reference to my query mentioned above, I confirm that same remains unresolved in that the R2052.00 overcharged by Medshield has not yet been refunded to me, this despite Annelie's undertaking that same would be done forthwith as a \favour"to me"
