Pregnancy approved, week before delivery membership Terminated

Today I'm very disappointed in Medshield medical aid as they terminated my membership a week before my scheduled c-section on the 21/11/2022. I joined the medical on the 07/07/2022 without my knowledge of being pregnant, I only found out on the 25/07/2022 as all my clinical notes indicate. The medical aid insists I knew about my pregnancy before that as my notes indicate otherwise. I'm a member on my partner's medical aid. During the 3months waiting period my partner contacted the medical aid to find out if we could use the medical aid they declined and said we have to wait out the waiting period, and no one updated the system to indicate I'm Pregnant from their side. We accepted and I went to a government facility, end September being October we contacted the medical again and it was approved for a normal delivery after all clinical notes was send. My current treating Doctor changed to a selective C-section and the same clinical notes had to be submitted again as we did submit it. Yesterday 14/11/2022 the medical was contacted again as the c-section was declined again and suddenly the e-mail came through stating that my membership is being terminated due to disclosure of pregnancy (as the medical insist I knew beforehand but my clinical documents state different), and I did not disclose my previous miscarriage, in section F of their contract it asks (Have you or any of your dependents been ADMITTED to hospital or undergone any PROCEDURE other than routine medical or dental treatment in the past 12 months) I did not indicate it there because I was not admitted to hospital and no procedure was performed on me in 2021 September when I had my miscarriage, as this to my knowledge was an event that occurred. In section F member declaration point 15 states I declare that all information provided on this form, to the best of my knowledge is true and accurate. Which I did fill in everything to the best of my knowledge. I forfeited my appointments at the government facility because the medical firstly approved everything and now I'm terminated, no one from the medical aid ever phoned us to gather information we always had to make the calls to find out what was happening and not mentioning being placed from one person to another, all they do is send e-mails. I'm stressed out of my mind not knowing what to do as I do not have long before I'm due.
