Pre authorization horror

I am very disappointed in your service agents from the hospital pre authorization including your scheme. I am less than a year with the medical aid and lately discovered I have iron deficiency anaemia. The scheme is coming up with a whole lot of excuses not to authorize my hospital admission. Ooh well not to mention an agent who just transferred my call back to the service side while I needed to be assisted by the pre- authorization. I don't know what more information do you need from me. The scheme has been communicating with my physician including my GP. You were even sent through the tests results but looks like you are not prepared to assist though I've been with the scheme for 9 months and before you I was with Discovery. I thought moving to you was affordable but this is the price I'm paying for moving to a cheaper scheme. I regret ever moving to you
