Poor service with Medshield to be admitted for emergencies and planned operations

Medshield is full of leadership that embraces staff to lie and bully members. I joined Medshield with all empty promises where I was promised the best service ever in the Medical aid field but I never experience that in my entire year except lies after lies. You escalate issues to Principal Officer Mr Kevin Aron and you are referred to the same staff that is inefficient and don’t know their own policies. You need to be admitted in hospital and takes ages to get authorization except lies.
