Poor service from Medshield

Terrible service from Medshield. Got told that due to my wife's age (30's) she amongst other have to wait 3 months before they will cover her. This after uninterruptedly belonging to another medical aid for 6 years. Accept for the odd cold and flu we are a healthy family.
