Poor Service!!!!

I was advised to go back to my psychiatrist to register for chronic again so that a tariff code for psychotherapy can be used and my profile. I asked the agent that since I don’t have funds anymore who will pay for consultation.

I was advised that I shouldn't worry I can pay cash and the medical aid can refund me. I paid R1100 to my doctor for consultation and I still owe him R1200 plus R250 that was rejected by Medshield and they have refused to settle it for me.

NOW I NEED A REFUND OR THAT R1100 SO THAT I CAN ADD AND SETTLE THE PREVIOUS DEBT. MEDSHIELD HASNT LOADED THE TARIFF CODE AND MY Dr has lost his patience and he won’t help me because I have and outstanding debt of R1450 from 2018. My script has expired.

I'M SO DEFEATED AND I HAVE BEEN CRYING MYSELF TO SLEEP I FEAR THIS WILL TRIGGER MY MENTAL ILLNESS AND 4 YEARS I HAVE MANAGE TO KEEP AWAY FROM BEING HOSPITALIZED AND I DONT WANT TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
