Poor service

I have been with Medshield for a couple of years now. Their service is the absolute worst. Laid a complain on 28/06/2023. Resubmitted the complain on 11/07/2023 and still no outcome. It seem now after speaking with Customer service that Medshield makes up rules to suite them. Not even the Lady that I spoke to could answer my questions. Fellow members if I look at their rating on this platform, it seems that there are a number of unhappy members.
