poor service

Horrible experience with medshield Mediphila firstly I chose a specific DR under their network on their website Dr Vezi appears upon selecting this DR I'm told the DR is not part of their network further on the 28th of May I rushed my daughter to Garden City hospital emergency room they assisted and gave a prescription .so like inside the hospital is a pharmacy I go there only to find Medshield does not work with that pharmacy the meds were a matter of urgency so I had to pay 800 cash. So my question is how stupid is this you work with the hospital but not the pharmacy within the hospital what's the use. Then why is it my problem that on your website a certain DR is noted but when wanting to add her I'm told she no longer works with you, why are you not updating your website? The other doctors are far it requires one to drive or request an Uber to get there so what if I'm not home my child gets sick I'm not there to drive her to DR and they don't have funds for an uber
