Poor Customer Service with No answers to questions

Very frustrated with your poor customer service received from you, after lodging a complain here on Hellopeter and your customer service department and still my query is not resolved.

I am very disappointed with your level of service, no feedback, systems are down nothing is working right.

I need a resolution to my query or taking this further.
