Poor Customer Service From Medshield

Medshield - your service over the years has deteriorated . You have become nothing but a collector of members subscriptions . Your automated system does not function properly - I spoke to Tato and many others there who promised to get back to me but never do . There is an unwell patients at the other end but you people care less - several emails have not been answered . Calls are dropped or they makes us run around in circles . Will someone in authority call me on *** we desperately need help .
