Poor customer service from Medshield.

I am totally disappointed by the Medshield medical aid. Some company claimed money from the medical aid and I did not authorise it. I sent many emails asking for the money to be reversed but that was never done. The reply I got was horrible and did not address the problem. I ended up paying money from my pocket when I needed medical help as my medical was exhausted. I completely moved out of Medshield for the poor customer service received throughout.
