POOR COMMUNICATION AND COVER
please advise if medshield mediplus membe can visit a psychologist and will if be fund from the mental health benefit or saving as well as a psycologist and provide member with a list oof extra conditions covered thank you

Kindly be advised as follow: Mental health benefits limit per family per annum is R 27,560.00 ,the following treatment are subject to mental health benefits , Psychology ,psychiatric Consultations and Visits, Procedures, Assessments, Therapy, Treatment and/or Counselling .
Rehabilitation for Substance Abuse (1 rehabilitation programme per beneficiary per annum )Subject to pre-authorisation by the relevant Managed Healthcare Programme on *** and services must be obtained from the Medshield Hospital Network. Up to a maximum of 3 days if patient is admitted by a General Practitioner .
