Pmb codes communicate not up to par between providers

I must say for the plain consumer it's very discerning when we don't know if the icd 10 codes are the correct pmb codes. Autherization accepted for operation, now 2 months down the line starting getting accounts that's according to medical iad is not the correct pmb codes. Why don't they ask the surgeon rooms, now me as the consumer get the account from the different providers and I must now solve the pmb codes, which I don't have a clue. There must be a step that was never resolved or communicated with between the medical aid and the surgeon who gave the pmb codes. It's very frightening to get all these accounts. Anita Swanepoel
