PMB classification - incorrect billing

On 14 April 2015 I posted on this site regarding my dad's complicated leg amputation. <br> Today I post concerning the same condition. My 74 year old dad has had his leg amputated. He has been suffering much, being in and out of hospital since the start of this year. Medshield has recognised and classified his condition as PMB for all of his hospitalised stays. Currently my dad is in rehabilitation where they are teaching him to overcome the ordeal he has been through and to slowly regain some use of his body. He is still under medical treatment the wound is FAR from healed, in fact there is still an infection within. Since my dads admission into rehab his medical treatment is not being classified as PMB and doctors bills, blood tests are coming back short payments or not paid. As per my conversation again today with CMS, his treatment of the amputated leg and medical bills need to be treated as PMB and paid as PMB until the condition is healed. A clinical analyst at CMS has assured me that these bills have got to be paid and if not a formalised complaint will ensure that it does eventually get paid. Please assist as this is not fair and extremely frustrating to go through every time.
