PMB claims payment failure

Its is with sheer shock that I find myself writing and submitting this review. After calls to try and resolve the payment of the claims linked to the PMB hospital event when my daughter obtained a fracture on 17/09/2016. To review of the claim related to the removal pins that were inserted in theatre as a means of correction of the fracture. I seem to find that when normal channels for enquiries are followed to follow up / obtain additional information / rectify a claim / query / concern we are always given a run around.

Like being told how the anaethetist's will not be funded as PMB when the event has clearly been flagged as an emergency. To how continuation of treatment will not be reviewed in this manner as it just a normal follow up and does not warrant such. This information being passed from a team leader to the agent i spoke to.

When queries are referred for review claims and all these don't even get investigated as you just get something meaningless response that doesn't tie in with the actual hospital events that took place. My request is that these two events for my duagther be throughly investigated with a view of resolving these in the utmost accurate, precise and timeous manner. Instead of having queries closed just because agents are too lazy to investigate, in a hurry to close query without gathering all the relevant information and focusing more on close as many queries as possible as opposed to throughly resolving queries after full investigation.
