PMB BENEFITS NOT PAID

Pathetic service received from Medshield regarding a PMB related claim. Now sitting with a large pathology bill that should have been paid. Did application last year after my diagnosis for the PMB condition however I'm being told to complete the application again, for reasons unknown to me. Very stressful dealing with Medshield 😡
