PMB activation for mental health sessions falling by the wayside

My son is currently seeing a the****** for mental health issues. The the******'s rooms have TWICE sent in applications to activate his PMB benefits, once in early April and again in early May. The scheme has not responded to the application and this is effecting our ability to send him for his much needed sessions. A person's mental health is not something you play with and cause unnecessary delays. I'm so frustrated and upset right now. Please sort this out.
