Please Need to change my plan

I have been a member since 2009. Never skipped a payment, my daughter is paying my premium monthly as I only recieve a goverment pension. With the virus my daughter lost her job and will not be able pay, I phoned and they said that I can go to a cheaper plan but I can only change it in November! But we can write a letter and ask to make a special exception. I can not wait for them to have a board meeting to decide, it is easy look at my profile and change my plan. I am pleading with you!
