This is an official complaint against MEDSHIELD for absolutely poor service. I have been diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Haemoglobinuria which has progressed to a Myelodysplastic Syndrome. I have been waiting for my medical aid to approve my authorization request sent by my doctor in April 2022 already. This is pathetic service and if anything happens to me MEDSHIELD WILL BE SUED!!! I need my authorization loaded and approved ASAP. I pay my medical aid every month and now I am being told I am investigated for non disclosure? No one ever told me about any investigations. No one has questioned me about my sickness which was discovered by a Doctor in Olivedale hospital earlier this year. How do you decline authorization for sick patients?? I want to expose this poor business. If I do not hear from you in 2 days I will go viral on all social media platforms and will make sure MEDSHIELD is exposed for neglecting cancer patients!
