Pay for Nothing

Medshield are big Ripp offs. When I joined them,I was given a 3 months waiting period, yet my friend joined and was not given a 3 month waiting. I cant understand how that works. Medshield sucks out information from their thumbs. I have never used any of the benefits and now I requested to have the membership cancelled and for my premium to be reimbursed, they dont want to give me back my money. Which means they charged me for something that was not utilised. They are *******. I would rather pay more money for a benefit than be ********** by companies with cheaper premiums,with no LOGIC. A very dissatisfied and disgusted customer.
