Pathetic Service - Medshield

I joined this medical aid since family has told me about their service . I had bad experience since i was on the MedValue option and had to pay facility fees . I have upgraded to the MediPlus Prime option and paying R3500 and only to find out that i have an outstanding amount which is not being covered . I called in today and a lady says i must look for another doctor and the doc currently is on the network and cut the call. This is a total ******* from medshield with poor customer service with very vague plan details for paying a premium price . Totally unacceptable and unsatisfied .
