Pathetic service from Medshield

Authorization number requested for a procedure by member and it takes them hours if not days to issue... I was put on hold and been told that they have thousands of members and it has been referred for authorization...pathetic response while patient is lying in hospital. I salute other medical aids, who have millions of members and assist the patient while speaking on the phone to them.
