Pathetic service

I was patiently waiting for a refund ,only to find out that it was paid into another account which I no longer use ,I called the medical aid company early this year to say that I changed jobs and no longer use the previous account and submitted the bank details which they also had,spoke to lee was told to fill a form and send through which I did ,but still the money was paid in the account I no longer use ,listen to the call recording earlier this year
