PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I submitted a claim for a refund in March, since then i have sent a few emails, made numerous calls, i even spoke to a Team Leader TWICE!!! And still my claim has not been resolved. I complained on FB, a consultant then contacted me and said she would resolve my query, its been a week and still nothing from her!!!!

Your call centre staff are useless!!! Its been so frustrating dealing with you guys. This is such a simple, straight forward claim!. Every person i spoke to is full of empty promises, nobody bothers to follow up with queries!!!! IS THIS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I SHOULD EXPECT IF I HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH MEDSHIELD???
