Pathetic service!

My mom app**** for a wheelchair pre authorisation on the 20th of May was told that the TAT is 5 to 7 working days and to date she still hasn't received any feedback. Has been calling everyday only to be told that her matter has been escalated. We're really not happy with the service from Medshield.
