I receive putrid service from the second consultant I spoke to today. You should fire people like this who give your company a bad name. She does not know how to speak to client's and needs to be trained or demoted.

She cannot speak properly on the telephone and expects clients to understand what she is saying, she could not even explain amounts to me correctly.
