Pathetic Administration

<p>In February 2016 my baby was born. In March she was admitted for 10 days to hospital for whooping cough. i have endless queries ever since with wrong payments ie. payments that should have been processed as in hospital where processed from my out of hospital benefit. Together with those queries, cash payments that were to be reimbursed to me, was processed to be paid to the doctor. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been on the phone with Medshield almost every week with queries. This type of service really makes you consider moving medical aids.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
