Passing the buck and not paying Mediclinic

I was aministered to Marapong Hospital and the treatment was 1 and a half day more than allowed for by some code and now the hospital is holding me liable for the outstanding R3800 .After being with this scheme for many years they refuse to help and now i am blacklisted by the hospital as the patient is responsible for the acc ultimately. Just giving me a lame excuse of not getting a motivation letter from the doctor for the antibiotic they used on me! This has been going on since 2013 okt and hasnt been resolved. I am now seriosly looking for a new hospital plan.
