Paid R9300 but had Autho code
Hi there
I paid R9300 to Randfontein Lenmed hospital because you gave my wife Autho code *** on the 14th Sep 2018 around 13:28 by a consultant named Bonginkosi. The hospital says the Autho code was retracted after the procedure was done but they never told my wife, even when she called to ask why was the hospital not paid no one said anything. She spoke to a consultant called Lussy that gave her a *** to give it to the hospital the bill will be sorted. We need the telephone conversations from the first call with Bonginkosi and with Lussy to hear exactly what was their advise. I want this matter sorted and I want my money back.
The hospital said they will investigate, I’m still waiting for their response.

I sent you a proof of payment last week, and the hospital sent me your acknowledgment that you will settle my wife’s lenmed randfontein acc so that they can refund my money! I was also advised that you guys settle your bills weekly with the hospital so why didn’t you settle ours ?
I’ve been getting emails from a lady called carol ndima, I’m not impressed and not happy with the way she is handling this query.
I want my money by the end of trade today! I’m tired of this medical aid scheme and lenmed randfontein, they really take clients for a ride and look down on us clients!
They were full of threads towards my wife, so I settled them knowing very well that they were wrong, so that they get off her back with the harassment! If I don’t get my money fast, I will also take the legal route, and they will pay for all the attorneys fees at the end!!
I want my money R9370.00 today!
