Outrageously small amount paid back from Medshield!!!!

I cannot believe that out of a doctors bill for 9232 for a upper intestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy all I got back was 1985!!!! This is some kind of a joke....After battling to get the invoice processed and done correctly this is the result.... Its useless phoning because no one seems to know what they are doing so how do I know if this has been paid correctly??????
